Kristen Anne Bell was born in 1980 and is a singer/actress from the USA. She was born and raised in Huntington Woods, Michigan, and is the daughter of Lorelei (Frygier), a nurse and Tom Bell, a television news director. Her birthplace was in Huntington Woods, Michigan, to a Polish mother and a father that was German, English Irish, Scottish and Irish. Kristen was already a talented entertainer in the early stages. In 1992, she was awarded her first acting role in her audition in Raggedy Ann & Andy. Bell 13, who was 13 when her mother signed as an agent was cast on advertisements for newspapers and television. Also, Bell began taking classes in acting privately. Bell had a role that was not credited on Polish Wedding (1998), an upcoming film. Bell went to Shrine Catholic High School and was part of music and drama clubs. Bell was chosen to play the lead role of Dorothy at her school's production of The Wizard of Oz. Bell studied musical theatre at the highly regarded Tisch School of the Arts located in New York City after graduating. in 2001 Bell left university to perform the part as Becky on Tom Sawyer. That was the same year that she also was the first to be credited with Pootie Tang (2001), however her character was deleted and her appearance exists only in the credits sequence. Bell appeared in the Broadway revival The Crucible starring Liam Neeson & Angela Bettis.
