Ana Paula Oliveira bio

Ana Paula Oliveira, born in Campinas Sao Paulo on May 26 1977. She has acted on screen in Woman on Top (2000), Sem Fio (2009) and A Indomada (1997). Ana Paula Oliveira became a part of the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime (GI-TOC) in March of 2020. she is an analyst currently and a team leader of GI-TOC collaboration with multilateral partners. The GI-TOC's research activities is focused on disappearances, assassinations and various forms of violence in the context of illicit economics. Her research interests are in the impact of organized crime on the law, policies and legislation related to the human right. Ana Paula received an LL.M.cum the laude award in International Law, from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies at Geneva. She has earned an LL.M. degree in Public Law as well an MBA from Fundacao Getulio Vargas, Rio de Janeiro. Ana Paula holds a Bachelor degree in magna cum laude Legal as well as Social Sciences by the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. After four years of working period at an international law firm, she's licensed as lawyer. Other experiences include helping in roles with non-governmental organisations that are headquartered within Rio de Janeiro and Geneva.
