Bella Poarch was born in the Philippines on February 9 1997 to her biological Filipino parents. Her grandmother was living in slums with her parents before she reached the age of 3. She was then adopted. Her adoptive parent is an American white who has military experience and her mother is Filipino. She has claimed she and the adopted brother that she was with were subject to abuse by the adoptive parents since when she was young until the time that she joined the army. Her family traveled across the country to San Francisco for a few months to live with her aunt before moving to Texas when she was 13 due to her father's need to undergo bypass surgery. Although the physical violence subsided however, she claimed to have still suffered emotional violence from her father back at her home. Poarch joined the United States Navy when she turned 18. Poarch launched her TikTok page in April 2020. In just 8 months, she'd accumulated nearly 40 million followers. Her most notable success came from the music video she created to promote MillieB's smash hit track Soph Aspin Send. The video that zoomed showed her lip-syncing and jumping into the tune in synchronized timing, went viral. Poarch launched her YouTube as well as Twitter accounts in the months after her the joining of TikTok to benefit from the growing popularity. Poarch attained her height of fame in the month of December. According to the reports that she was the subject of two professional Esports team's interest. 100 Thieves and FaZe Clan expressed interest in having her hired as a creator of content under their respective brands.
